TEMPORARY FOREIOGN WORKER PROGRAM
The Temporary Foreign Worker program allows Canadian employers to hire foreign workers to fill in labor and skills shortages if there aren’t any Canadian Permanent or Citizens available. Canadian employers can also locate qualified foreign workers already working in Canada These are people who are about to finish their employment contract, or possess a work permit that is open.
The employer will arrange benefits for employees’ Compensation as well as medical insurance ensure that the conditions of work and time limit are in compliance with and that you verify the the Social Insurance Identification Number.
The majority of Temporary Foreign Workers are restricted to four years work in Canada and are also able to apply for permanent residence. Read Also:
